Three months on

This time of year (a.k.a tax time) always gets me reflecting on the last 12 months, and I've decided to shake things up a bit!

I'm about to jump on a plane back to Melbourne, but wanted to quickly share with you what's been going on behind the scenes lately!

I'm SO excited to share with you a sneak peek at some new products that are coming your way soon.  While I love being able to give you digital images (we all want them, even me), printing images is just so important to me now. With that in mind, I've redesigned my collections for family and newborn photography to give you more options to choose from.

There will be another blog post coming in two weeks (promise) with the full run down on all the new and shiny things on offer but for now here's a little sneak peek...

I'm feeling so grateful for my job right now, and needed to write a little love letter...

To my super-wonderful clients,

You are beautiful and I LOVE YOU.

Thank you so much for choosing me to be your photographer, and for coming back to me again and again and again. You make my heart honestly burst open with love and gratitude.

♥ ♥ ♥

Honestly I really do work the loveliest and most beautiful humans. I've come to realise that I miss blogging about you, so my new resolution is to feature some of my favourite sessions on the blog every month too (it's going to be so hard to choose!).

As you can see, I REALLY stuck to my blogging goal for my new website (not)!!

Life just keeps getting in the way, but I've decided there's just no excuse for it now. Mondays are hereby being known as 'content creation day', so I can get on top of the blogging schedule, and try to be more active on Facey and Insta.

Let me know if there are any topics you want me to chat about! I would love to start sharing some photography related stuff - do you have any burning questions? Or requests of things you'd like me to write about? Leave me a comment or send me an email, I'd love to hear from you!

Which leads me into the next bit......

Fun fact! When I graduated high school my top three career choices were law, teaching or psychology.  I am a total nerd-burger and am obsessed with learning, about almost anything, and I love helping others to learn as well.  My heart gets all fluttery when I can help someone understand something they didn't previously.

Ever since I started my photography business, I've harboured a secret desire to run workshops (any kind, from beginner to advanced) and be a mentor to others - I have so much I want to share with you all, and I'm finally feeling ready to let my inner teacher beastie free.

Currently I'm working on a workshop for beginners (designed to help you take better photos of your kids or fur-babies) and mentoring programs for other photographers (on everything from pricing, how to legit, actually, really find your ideal client, contract and questionnaire templates, you name it).
