POINT COOK NEWBORN PHOTOGRAPHER

Another little one who didn’t want to sleep during his newborn session experience - and no matter how many tips + tricks you accumulate over the years, sometimes babies just don’t want to sleep! And instead of fighting it now, I just roll with the flow. Because ultimately all that matters is capturing what makes your little one unique - and if they’ve got a stubborn or independent streak, that’s worth capturing too!

Plus in my last post I mentioned how much I love it when the little ones look straight into the camera.

Eyes really are the window to the soul, and honestly - if you’ve ever stared into the depths of a newborns eyes you’ll know exactly why I love it (especially when it’s one of those peaceful, curious looks).

Having toddlers/older siblings in the studio is always fun too; while mama is feeding the babies and I always try to capture some portraits of the older kids on their own (so they feel special too). Spending 1:1 time with them helps them feel a little less stressed and more likely to engage with me when I’m trying to take photos of the fam-bam all together.

ARE YOU EXPECTING A LITTLE ONE?

When my clients leave their session feeling like friends, I know I’ve done my job well! If you would like some information about booking in a newborn photography experience (and leaving with a new friend) then make sure you check out my portfolio (where you can find all the info you need), or you can contact me here for the full pricing and info guide.
